Introducing Paper Goods from Archivalry

I’m delighted to announce a new line of paper products now available at Archivalry.com. Keeping with my mission of utilizing art found in archives, I designed four greeting cards and one boxed note set for this inaugural launch.

For the greeting cards, I started with a playful collection of three frog cards. The group includes a dapper frog with an any day salutation of ‘Sup?, a frog serenading Happy Birthday, and finally a raucous duo of frogs declaring Let’s Roll. Each card is paired with a bright martian green envelope.

The fourth greeting card is a cheeky I’m Sorry, starring a sad-sad trombonist. It’s a true-blue note of apology worthy of catching a fellow a break. For the full blue effect, it’s matched with a celestial blue envelope.

Last but not least, I designed a handsome boxed note set sourcing artwork from an Art Nouveau period archive. The set includes six flat cards—two each of three different circle emblems spotlighting a frog, a scene of trees, and a fancy-feathered bird. The back of each card is covered in a beautiful dahlia pattern. The cards are printed in gold and chocolate tones and finished off with rounded corners. Six sunflower color envelopes accompany the suite which is packaged in an eco-friendly kraft box.

All cards are traditionally offset printed on 100% post-consumer waste paper—Neenah’s Royal Sundance Felt, to be specific. On top of that, the goods are printed using vegetable-based inks and a chemical-free plate processing technique. The greeting cards are individually packaged in fully compostable protective sleeves made from eco-conscious plant material.

It’s exciting to kick off this new paper line! I have been busy designing and producing even more paper products which will debut soon. Stay tuned for more announcements…

In the meantime, head on over to Archivalry.com to stock up your stationery supply!
